Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition it was received
- The item should be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as opened food items, snacks, beverages, or personal care products may not be eligible for return once opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our support team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
